We provide medication management and therapy services for clients who are motivated to reduce or abstain from a substance. These are outpatient only services, meaning we are not an inpatient detox program, but rather provide you support and medication evaluations and

treatments once inpatient detoxification is completed. This may include:

- Drug testing (in office and at local labs)
- Lab testing to identify any medical issues
- Prescriptions for naltrexone, Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone), Campral (acamprosate) or Antabuse (disulfiram), depending on the substance you are abstaining from
- Injections provided for Vivitrol (naltrexone) and buprenorphine
- Education and therapy to assist you with your goals

Substances we can help you abstain from include (but are not limited to):

- Alcohol
- Opiates/Fentanyl/Heroin
- Kratom
- Amphetamines
- Cocaine/Crack
