Payments

All services provided at Awakened Phoenix Healing will be invoiced and charged through Square or Osmind (our Electronic Health Record) if you are paying for services out of pocket.

We require that you keep a credit card on file for all medication management and therapy services.

The services Sarah Phoenix provides under insurances are billed through Headway, therefore you have to set up an account through Headway for us to be able to bill for those services.

If you participated in one of our donation based events you can donate through Venmo or Zelle with the QR codes/links below.  If you want to donate with a credit card you can call the office to make your donation. Donations are used to pay for business and operation expenses. Thank you for your support!
