I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I was a very intuitive and psychic child. My sister Jenny gave me my first spiritual book. I quickly developed an insatiable appetite for spiritual knowledge, and I wanted to find the answers to why I was coming out of my body and astral traveling nightly. I also had a lot of confusion & didn't understand why I felt the emotions and subtle energetic shifts in those around me so intensely. Because of this, I was more comfortable being alone. I felt a profound sense of loneliness, confusion, and sadness.

As a child and teenager, I deeply craved love and belonging, as we all do. I had a sense that there was something unusual about me, and I wanted to hide it. In an attempt to fit in and belong, I shut the door on my gifts. I was unknowingly dimming my light for others because I hadn't yet healed my core wounds and learned how to manage my empathy and psychic gifts.

My twenties were especially painful. I had a series of traumatic events that eventually led me into my first prayer, where I collapsed to my knees and with my whole being simply said, “God, if you exist, I don’t know what I’m doing, I need you. Please help me and take over my life.”

That evening, as I lay down to sleep, I was visited by an angel who held me in her loving energy. As she held me, my being began to recalibrate. All the hardness and walls I had to put up to protect my empathic self began to dissolve. Darkness that had accumulated like a shell around me from a childhood of feeling unseen, misunderstood, and like a burden dissolved too. Her energy went through me, and a feeling of the purest and most intense love that I had ever experienced emanated into me. Every cell of my being was infused and awakened with love and a beautiful white and light pink light. I was in pure ecstasy and bliss. My consciousness began to expand, and I could sense how my energy was affecting others far away, all over the world. I became aware of my oneness to divinity and to others not intellectually but experientially. When I woke up, my resonance had completely changed. I was not the same person. After that night, I was reconnected to my spiritual gifts again that I had locked away. My clairvoyance, claircognizance, and clairsentience were all back online.

I began to attract healers, mystics, and shamans. They "mysteriously" began to show up in my life. I spent the next 7 years studying under many gifted mystics.

Nowadays, I devote my life to my soul’s mission: to help people discover their connection to love and to divine intelligence. I love teaching people how to journey inward to connect and discover the eternal source of love that is their being.

I believe that love is the ultimate coach. My life has shown me that outer experience is a reflection of our inner reality. I wholeheartedly feel there is something special, beautiful, and genius in everyone; Sometimes we just need to remove the blocks that cover our always-perfect souls. And that is exactly what I am here to help others do.

When I'm not working, I love hiking and being in nature. Sunsets almost always make me cry. (In the best way)! My favorite things in the world are writing, Carl Jung, Earnest Holmes, and the mystical teachings of Jesus. I am endlessly drawn to philosophy- especially anything from Plato. I spend a lot of time being creative in the kitchen, and you can regularly find me around Redondo Beach... Probably with my toes in the sand or hugging a tree. I'm also deeply in love with my nieces and nephews who live close to me.
